1. Profile verification & registration controls
Glauve membership is restricted to individuals aged 24 and older. Users provide their date of birth during registration, certify that it is accurate, and users whose stated date of birth indicates that they are under 24 cannot complete registration.
Members verify control of the email address associated with their account. This email check and the stated-date-of-birth rule are not government-ID or legal-identity verification.
Members must provide accurate profile information and may not impersonate another person or misrepresent their age. Fake, misleading, underage, fraudulent or impersonating profiles can be reported and blocked.
2. Consent & non-consensual involvement
Glauve prohibits non-consensual intimate imagery, profiles created for another person without consent, impersonation, coercion, harassment, threats, and sharing another person's private or intimate content without authorization.
Members can report suspected non-consensual conduct involving a profile, member, message, image or other reportable activity. Non-consensual content, exploitation, trafficking, child-safety concerns and credible threats are treated as priority safety matters.
A moderator may review the relevant account, profile, message and reported-content information needed to investigate. Content or account access may be restricted while a serious investigation is pending.
3. Takedown notice & review process
Members can report harassment, impersonation, suspected underage users, non-consensual content, fraud, threats, exploitation, trafficking, commercial sexual services, illegal activity or other policy violations from available profile and conversation controls.
Authorized moderators assess the report and relevant available context against Glauve's Acceptable Use Policy, Community Standards and safety policies. Standard reports target an initial review within 48 hours; urgent safety reports receive expedited review.
A review may result in no violation, a warning, content removal, account restriction, temporary suspension or permanent termination. Serious unlawful matters may be preserved, escalated or reported where required by law.
4. Appeals & resolution
A member affected by content removal, restriction, suspension or termination can appeal through Safety & appeals in their Profile or the designated support channel. The appeal identifies the decision and provides information supporting reconsideration.
An authorized reviewer considers the original report and action, relevant context, and any new information. We target review within 7 business days and may uphold, modify or reverse the original decision.
If an appeal succeeds, eligible content or account access may be restored. Repeated or abusive appeals may be declined unless they provide materially new information.
5. Process summary
Report submitted → moderation review → evidence assessed → interim restriction where appropriate → enforcement decision → member notification where appropriate → appeal → final review.
Questions about this process can be sent to support@glauve.com. Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services first.
