Cookie Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
We use as few cookies as possible. Analytics are off until you say yes, and we never use advertising trackers.
1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) are small files saved by your browser. Some are needed for the site to work; others are optional.
2. Strictly necessary (always on)
Sign-in session: keeps you logged in securely. Stored in your browser's local storage until you sign out.
Preferences: your language, theme and cookie choice (glauve_consent). Stored until you clear them.
Payments: when you check out, Stripe sets cookies on its own secure page to process the payment and prevent fraud (see stripe.com/cookie-settings).
These do not require consent because the service cannot work without them.
3. Analytics (only with your consent)
Google Analytics (cookies _ga and _ga_*, up to 13 months) helps us understand which public articles and guides are read. It loads only after you click Allow, only on public pages, never inside your account, with IP anonymisation. We use Google Consent Mode, so nothing is stored before you choose.
4. What we do not use
No advertising cookies, no social-media tracking pixels, no cross-site profiling, and no sale of browsing data.
5. Changing your choice
Use the Cookie settings link in the footer at any time to show the banner again, or clear this site's data in your browser. Refusing analytics never limits what you can do on Glauve.
