We respect intellectual property and respond to valid notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
1. Sending a notice
Email support@glauve.com with the subject "DMCA notice" and include: your contact details; the work you own; the link to the content on Glauve; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature.
Postal notices may be sent to Blaxity, Inc, 90 Washington Street, New York, NY 10006, United States.
2. Counter-notice
If your content was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with your details, the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts for your address. We may restore the content after 10 business days unless the claimant tells us they have started legal action.
3. Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe others' rights.
4. Glauve's own content
The Glauve name, logo, design and editorial content belong to Glauve and may not be copied without permission.
