1. Platform overview
Glauve is a private dating and social discovery platform for open-minded adults aged 24 and older. Paid subscriptions purchase access to premium platform functionality only. Glauve does not sell, host or monetise sexual content or sexual services, does not process payments between members, and does not facilitate commercial sexual services of any kind.
2. Minimum age & eligibility controls
Membership is limited to people aged 24 and older. Every new member provides their date of birth at registration and certifies that the information they have given about their age is true and accurate, under legal requirement. Registrations with a date of birth under 24 are rejected automatically by our servers.
Any account found to belong to someone under 24 is suspended and terminated. Misrepresenting your age is a breach of the Terms of Service and may be unlawful.
3. Acceptable use standards
All members must comply with Glauve's Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines and applicable safety rules. The platform prohibits conduct or content that creates material safety, legal, fraud, exploitation or abuse risks:
Age / minors: under-24 accounts, misrepresentation of age, child exploitation or CSAM.
Commercial sexual services: prostitution, escort services, paid sexual services or solicitation.
Explicit content: pornography, sale of sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate material.
Exploitation: human trafficking, coercion, sexual exploitation or facilitation of exploitation.
Abuse: harassment, stalking, threats, targeted abuse or intimidation.
Integrity: impersonation, scams, fraud, deceptive conduct or illegal transactions.
Platform misuse: illegal goods or services, unauthorized commercial solicitation or prohibited transactions.
4. Detection & reporting controls
Glauve combines eligibility controls, member reporting, blocking tools and administrative moderation to identify potential violations.
User reporting: members can report suspected violations involving users, profiles, messages or other reportable content. Blocking: members can block other users to prevent unwanted interaction. Moderation review: submitted reports are reviewed by authorized administrators or moderators, who may review the account information and reported content needed to evaluate the complaint.
Age-related reports — anything indicating a member may be below the 24+ threshold — are escalated for review. Suspected exploitation, trafficking, child-safety issues, credible threats or other serious illegal activity receive enhanced review and may be escalated as required by applicable law.
5. Moderation & enforcement process
1. A potential violation is detected or reported. 2. The report or incident is recorded for moderation review. 3. The relevant information is assessed against Glauve's policies. 4. A moderator determines the appropriate action based on severity and available evidence. 5. A warning, removal, restriction, suspension or permanent termination is applied as appropriate. 6. Serious matters are preserved or escalated where legally required.
Standard reports target an initial review within 48 hours. Urgent safety categories receive expedited review. Each reviewed case records its outcome, reviewer and internal notes.
6. Enforcement actions
Accounts closed for breaching these standards are not entitled to a refund. Where the law requires, evidence is preserved and disclosed only under valid legal process, as described in our Law Enforcement Guidelines.
Members affected by content removal, restriction, suspension or termination can appeal through their Profile. A different reviewer may uphold, modify or reverse the decision, with a target review time of 7 business days.
7. Commercial sexual services & user payments
Glauve has no feature for members to pay one another, and members must not use Glauve to arrange payments between themselves. Membership fees pay only for premium platform features. Any offer, request or advertisement of paid sexual services leads to immediate account termination.
8. Content & conduct restrictions
Explicit sexual content is not permitted anywhere on the platform. Photos and posts are checked automatically and by our team, and content that breaks these rules is removed.
9. Child safety & exploitation
Glauve has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation. Any suspected case leads to immediate restriction and termination of the account and is escalated to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, as required by law.
10. Privacy & moderation access
Member data reviewed during moderation is accessible only to authorised personnel, and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Policy governance
These controls are reviewed periodically and updated as the platform and the law evolve. Material updates are reflected on this page and in the downloadable document.
12. Public policy framework
This document sits alongside Glauve's full public policy framework: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Standards (Acceptable Use), 24+ Age & Member Safety Policy, Content Moderation & Reporting, Anti-Exploitation Policy, Subscription, Billing & Cancellation, Refund Policy, and Copyright & DMCA — all listed on our policies index at glauve.com/policies.
13. Control summary for underwriting review
24+ registration requirement — restricts membership to users meeting Glauve's minimum age.
Acceptable Use Policy & Community Guidelines — define prohibited content and behavior.
User reporting — allows members to flag suspected violations. Blocking — allows members to prevent unwanted interaction.
Administrative moderation — provides human review and enforcement. Suspension / termination — removes or restricts accounts violating policy.
No user-to-user payments — prevents platform use as a marketplace for prohibited services.
Anti-exploitation rules — prohibit trafficking, commercial sexual services and coercion.
The operational controls described in this document are live on the platform today.
